Cancellation, No-Show, and Refund Policies

No-Show Policy:
A “3 strikes, you’re out” policy will be enforced for all trips. If a participant no-shows on the day of departure or cancels less than 10 days before the departure date of a trip for a total of three times, that participant will no longer be permitted to register for trips. A reminder of this policy will be sent to anyone who has accumulated 2 late cancellations and no-shows.

Refund Policy:
Participants will receive a full refund if they cancel more than 10 days before the trip date. Individuals may receive a full refund if the program is cancelled by RecWell and Outdoor Emory. No refunds will be provided if a participant cancels less than 10 days prior to the trip departure date or for no-shows. No refunds will be given for deposits on break trips or other trips that allow for a deposit. Money paid toward the trip balance is not refundable after the date of the pre-trip meeting. Payment deadlines must be met or trip spot and all payments will be forfeited.
